Different manufacturer designs have different ratings (pressures). If you have a window manufacturer in mind review their NOA in the Miami-Dade building compliance office. The NOA is a Notice of Acceptance ID number associated to material certification and test compliance. www.miamidade.gov/buildingcode/ The manufacturers and limitations will be listed on their NOA's. You can call the manufacturer with your specifications and they will let you know the limitations of their 'fixed' window designs.
